The Freed Black Girl Needs Assessment
This study explores and captures the stories of Black women's mental health & world of work. Highlighting those who have lost contracts, been laid off due to federal cuts & DEI rollbacks, as well as those who have quit toxic environments in the past 1-5 years.
This survey, for Black women ages 18+, will help shape the Unbought & Unbossed Academy- a launchpad for Black women stepping into consulting, entrepreneurship, and economic freedom from a place of healing and wholeness.
This is both a call to capture this moment in our history and a space for Black women to be heard. To share what you need as I work to build a community, connect with funders, and create grassroots collaborative opportunities for us to rise together.
