The Unbought & Unbossed Academy is a place for Black Women who feel called to imagine and build a different world.

The academy exists to support those who desire to hold space for healing, creativity, and transformation in their communities. It is a place to reconnect with the parts of ourselves that survival taught us to silence — our imagination, our voice, and our deepest sense of purpose.

The willow tree in our logo honors my grandmother, Willa Mae, and the generations of ancestors whose resilience made our dreaming possible. In African diasporic traditions, the willow tree symbolizes healing, spiritual intuition, and the ability to bend without breaking.

Through coaching, learning, and community, the academy helps people uncover their passion, understand the fears that keep them stuck, and build structure and strategy around the visions they feel called to bring into the world.

The Unbought & Unbossed Academy honors the life & legacy of Shirley Chisholm by supporting Black Women as they become a Catalyst for Change in their own worlds.

    This offering supports Black women who want to go deeper in the healing journey through somatic and inner-child healing practices, ancestral connection, and generational release. You’ll work to step out of survival mode, restore trust in your body, and reconnect to your innate wisdom.

    You’ll receive:

    • Personalized guidance and integration practices

    • Tools for emotional regulation & nervous system care

    • Ancestral connection rituals for self & lineage healing

    Investment: $190 (45 min) / $250 (60 min)

  • For the woman who knows she’s meant for more, but wants guidance on how to bring her ideas into alignment with her purpose. In this one-on-one coaching experience, you’ll transform confusion into clarity and fear into strategy.

    You’ll receive:

    • Clarity on your niche, mission, and offerings

    • A customized strategic plan & implementation timeline

    • Guidance to move through fear, doubt, and scarcity

    • Network mapping & expansion support

    Investment: $2,500 (6 hours of live coaching over 3 months)

  • For the visionary entrepreneur ready to grow with structure, community, and expert support. This group experience includes everything in 1:1 coaching, plus specialized sessions from guest experts — including financial therapists, wellness practitioners, marketing & social media strategists, and tax professionals.

    You’ll receive:

    • 12 hours of live group coaching over 6 months

    • A custom website to anchor your brand

    • A marketing & social media plan

    • Ongoing mentorship & collaboration inside a 6-month private community

    • Access to experts who help you grow in every area of business

      Investment: $10,000 (12-month experience: 6 months live coaching + 6 months community membership)

  • For the storyteller, the truth-teller, the creative visionary ready to share your message with the world. This offering helps aspiring and emerging podcasters design and launch a platform that amplifies your voice and mission.

    You’ll receive:

    • Season strategy design & episode planning including question generation and theme

    • Guest booking support & production guidance

    • Goal setting

    *Additional Creative Content Options:

    Custom packages are available for those looking to expand beyond podcasting ie. community building, vlog, blog, newsletter, or social media series etc.

    Investment: $375 per episode (10-episode minimum)
